On 10th September 2022 the Irish Workhouse Centre will host the final conference of the year remembering the Centenary of the Closing of the Irish Workhouses. The day will include contributions from Dr Aisling Shalvey, Paul O’Brien, Shelby Zimmerman, Dr Georgina Laragy, Judy Bolger, and Lisa McGeeney.
We look forward to a great day of learning and discussion and hope to see as many as possible attend this special commemoration event. The Irish Workhouse Centre extends its thanks to all those who supported events and talks during the year.
