On Friday June 6th the Irish Workhouse Centre saw the launch of the plans to develop the former dining hall/chapel. This will see an incredible transformation that will benefit the workhouse and community at large.
A sold out concert to kickstart the fundraising will take place on Sunday 22nd June with music provided by the very talented “Cherish the ladies”.
This is the first of many fundraisers which are being planned for Portumna and New York.
